30 days challenge

In 30 days, i will add 3 things in GLPS.
Also i will lose 3 things in GLPS
ADD THINDS
  • first,
☞Walk to 12 floor every meal time.☜
I'm leaving in 7 floor.
If i try to walk to 12floor every meal time, it will help to myhealth
  • second,
☞Eat all the food that i got☜
At mael time i got food by my self.
So don't throw out any food
If ithrowsomefood,
then i'll get yellowcardand
and it's bad for earth

  • third,   
☞write diary everyday☜
Try to write diary everyday.
It will be good for you.


subtract things
 
1.Don't eat too much

2.Only 2 hours use phone.

3.No computergame.
